Track 5 - Eminem - Till I colapse
Why? Dat build up and starting speech.
Best for? When you need a 30-40 seconds to get yourself in the right mindset for a hard rep set.
Track 4 - Machine Head Imperium
Why? Again it's got a great build up but it's a lot longer than track 5 so if you need to do your taxes or organise a mortgage before your set it's ideal. Alternatively you can get your belt, chalk on and have a good psych up.
Best For? Balls out squat or deadlift sets.
Track 3 - Sisquo Thong Song
Why? It started off as a bit of a joke on some lifting sessions that I would piss about and have a joke that I was lifting to this RnB train wreck from 2000. However I have maxed out so many times to this song now it actually gets me in the mental routine to lift and I kind of like it anyway.
Best for? Squats and ass lovers
Track 2 - MOP - Background niggaz
Why? Because I need some tracks that I can listen to and not have a brain tumour listening to them, metal looses it's impact if you listen to it I find. I like hip hop a lot but there isn't a lot of good agressive tunes I like to listen to. This track is one of the better ones.
Best for? Day to day training music.
Track 1 - Slipknot - Sic (including intro)
Why? Because after the intro if you have this bad boy on loud in your headphones you'll want to drop kick baby Jesus.
Best For? 1 RMs or When you really need a kick up the arse.

Only problem with these is that they take a while to kick in, perfect if you can time a 1Rm attempt though.
