The inaugural 2012 IPF Unequipped World Championships are taking place this week in Stockholm, Sweden. Lifting starts at 10:00am GMT, 12/6/2012 (55 minutes away from the time of writing).
These championships represent a populist movement towards unequipped lifting, other federations have been faster to offer world championships for unequipped lifters but these championships are special given IPF's position as the Largest governing body with in the sport.
